A Letter To Lonely Boy

Dear Lonely Boy,

I know that this past few weeks had been tough. You thought that everything was fine but you were wrong. For once, you thought that your battles are done but sadly, it doesn’t seem to be the truth.

You had the mindset of a warrior, fighting your ferocious monsters for days and nights. At times, it seems to be enough, enough for you to live for a day or two. And you preserve your strength and courage for the next bloodshed.

I know that you thought you could let it all go away. Such a wishful thinking but it was a rather silly wish. You can run away from your demons but at the end, you need to fight it. Fight it back fiercely and bravely and show them who you are: a survivor.

Others keep on saying that to you are worthless and you believed it. I know that you wanted to feel more than that. Let them think, let them say whatever they want to because, at the end of the day, it is not them who are facing the monsters, it’s you.

Remember this; if you are going through hell, keep going. I know that this hell is torturous and unbearable but you are stronger than you think you are. I’m always with you.

Love always,
A Friend
